In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain a valid fg66bet Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not already the registered holder of another fg66bet Account. The Platform enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of fg66bet or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion agreement or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the fg66bet registration form, providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, valid mobile number, preferred currency (BDT / ৳), and date of birth. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to the mobile number you provided, which must be entered to verify your number and activate your Account.

You agree to notify fg66bet promptly via [email protected] if any information associated with your Account changes. fg66bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fg66bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify fg66bet's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

fg66bet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions, OTP-based two-factor verification for new device logins, and brute-force protection that locks accounts after a defined number of failed login attempts. These measures are supplementary to your own responsibility to safeguard your credentials.

3.1 Deposits

fg66bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

All deposits are processed in real time or within a short queue period during peak hours. Under normal operating conditions, bKash and Nagad deposits are credited within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. fg66bet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network infrastructure.

Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by fg66bet's dedicated payments team on a rolling basis throughout the day and night. Target processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: 5 to 30 minutes during active support hours; up to 4 hours during off-peak periods.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1 to 4 hours.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): 1 to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same Account, except where a change of method is approved in writing by the fg66bet support team following identity verification. fg66bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

3.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the fg66bet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, displayed as ৳). fg66bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Players bear any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.

fg66bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general section, the promotion-specific term prevails.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register an Account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus. The specific percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable to the current Welcome Bonus offer are published on the fg66bet promotions page. fg66bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds awarded by fg66bet are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the following general rules apply to wagering requirements:

• Wagers placed on games with an RTP of 97% or above (as published in the game information panel) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds and bonus winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fully met.

4.3 Seasonal Promotions

fg66bet runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) offers, Victory Day (December 16) promotions, Independence Day (March 26) bonuses, and BPL season reload offers. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific eligibility criteria, bonus value, and wagering requirements, published at the time of the promotion launch. Seasonal promotions are time-limited and may not be claimed retrospectively.

5.3 Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect or a technical error has affected the result of a game round, you must notify fg66bet's support team within 72 hours of the disputed event, providing your Account username, the game title, the date and time of the round in BST, and a description of the issue. fg66bet will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate the outcome of the investigation to the Player via the contact method on file. The decision of fg66bet's technical review team is final in all matters relating to game outcomes, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution process required by applicable law.

5.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on fg66bet — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, and hockey — are governed by fg66bet's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In addition to these general Terms and Conditions, the Sports Betting Rules apply to all wagers placed on any sports market. Key principles include: all bets are final once confirmed; live in-play bets may be void if accepted after the relevant event has concluded; and fg66bet reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg66bet platform. A breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud fg66bet or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, identity fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one fg66bet Account per person. Household members who wish to each hold an Account must notify fg66bet support in advance to avoid automated duplicate-account detection.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, use of betting bots, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or any other strategy that violates the spirit and intent of the promotional offer.
• Automated access: Using software bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or extract data without fg66bet's express written permission.

• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during identity verification, or in any communication with fg66bet's support team.
• Third-party wagering: Placing bets on behalf of third parties, accepting stakes from third parties through your Account, or operating your Account as a betting agency or sub-agent in any form.

• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or network failures outside fg66bet's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game descriptions, odds, or promotional terms.
• Any loss arising from legal or regulatory changes in your jurisdiction that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits fg66bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The fg66bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, its fitness for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information displayed on it. We will, however, use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain the Platform's availability and to resolve technical issues promptly.

9.1 Suspension by fg66bet

fg66bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification request.
• Your Account is involved in suspicious financial activity, potential money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement instruction.
• Your Account security has been compromised and suspension is necessary to protect your funds.

During a suspension, you will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. fg66bet will communicate the reason for the suspension to you where it is legally permissible to do so, and will conduct its investigation promptly. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your Account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed without further delay.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your fg66bet Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, fg66bet will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Please note that Account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you wish to exclude yourself from gambling, please request a self-exclusion as described in Section 7 rather than a simple Account closure.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account (whether initiated by you or by fg66bet), you immediately lose access to the Platform. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the point of termination will be returned to you via your verified payment method, except where a balance has been frozen pending investigation, where the balance consists solely of Bonus Funds, or where retention is required by applicable law or court order. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 of these Terms and Conditions survive termination of your Account and continue to bind both parties.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

fg66bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fg66bet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 9.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, Bonus Terms, and any other policies published on the fg66bet platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fg66bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

10.4 Waiver

No failure or delay by fg66bet in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

10.5 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fg66bet is incorporated as an offshore gaming entity. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration or negotiation. Players in Bangladesh retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available to them under applicable Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Notices delivered via any other channel (including live chat) will not constitute valid formal legal notice for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
